Question by Pressured guy: can you upgrade a world of warcraft trial account after the free trial is over?
Two weeks ago, I downloaded the World of Warcraft free trial online. The trial ran out, of course, and then I bought the full game. Can I upgrade the account that I was playing on during the trial and play on it, or has it been terminated?

Your account has not been terminated. Follow these steps :

Go to the site
Sign in with your battle.net log-in
Click the link that says “get free trial
It should say “Your free trial has expired”
Click upgrade your account
There is an option that lets you input the “key” that came with your game

I got a free trial disk to World of Warcraft with a Starcraft battle chest (which includes both the original and brood war). I got it downloaded, but it says I need to disable my firewall. How do I download it but not have a crap load of viruses later?

you won’t get viruses from that..

but you can go into your settings somewhere and allow incoming connections from WoW and StarCraft (awesome games) so you can leave it up.

But I’m having trouble creating the account. It said i get a free 30 day trial with it but then it asks me for a credit card. I don’t have a credit card what can i do .

You can use a debit card as well, or a world of warcraft pre-paid game card that you can buy from most major game stores. You get your free 30 days, they don’t charge your card until the 30 days are up. If you cancel before then, there’s no charge.

Where can I get free trial key code for World of Warcraft. I already tried the 10 day free trial but I want to continue playing for atleast 10 days or better a month. Can someone tell me or send me an email with a key code that have never been used?Please.

wow…umm dude after the trial there is no activation code…the point is to get you hooked so you then pay monthly. their like drug dealers…first sample is free, you like? pay for more. also (I’m sure people will yell at me) WoW is kinda a wast, well…all games are, but WoW is huge, you run around, do pointless things….level up after hours of work….over all do do any thing worth noting. If you want some game that a bit more engaging try table top DnD (3.0-3.5 or even 2.0 not 4.0 unless you really really want to)

in the time it takes you to get a level 80 toon you could cross america, lean another language…etc, to me wow just fails to deliver and over all just sucks. now you hard core WoW fanatic reading this…stop, think. and google this. or pm me and yell, I will ignore you unless your not yelling about it.

Question by kikmiassifyoucan: why is’nt my free World of warcraft trial not working?
I got the world of warcraft free trial 2 days ago and played it for a while the first day. Now its the second day and when i open it it says downloading new patch then a new screen pops up called wow bizzarre downloader or something like that. It says its downloading but its not i kept it there for like an hour and nothing happend… Any advice would rock!

All the servers are down and wont be fixed until later this afternoon. Try again later this afternoon or tonight. Hope i Helped(:
